How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking our services at least 3-6 months in advance for large events like weddings or corporate functions. For smaller events, 1-2 months notice is typically sufficient. However, we understand that sometimes events arise with short notice, so we encourage you to reach out regardless of your timeline, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing varies based on the scope of your event, including factors like venue size, number of guests, design complexity, and specific service requirements. We provide customized quotes after an initial consultation to understand your vision and needs. This allows us to create a package that fits both your desires and budget.
Do you provide services outside of Accra?
Yes, we provide services throughout Ghana and are open to destination events internationally. For events outside of Accra, additional travel fees may apply. We're happy to discuss your location needs during our consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellations made 60+ days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of additional payments made. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are generally not eligible for refunds. We understand that circumstances change, so we handle each situation individually and with care.
Can you work with my existing vendors?
Absolutely! We're happy to collaborate with your chosen vendors to ensure a cohesive event experience. We can also recommend trusted partners from our network if you need assistance finding specific services.
